The aim of the 4Women service is to support women to divert from, or exit from prostitution through a range of support infrastructures for themselves and their families. The post holder will to contribute to this aim through proactive engagement with our clients; undertaking needs lead assessments and subsequently provide a fully mobilised comprehensive package of support that will assist women to work towards and make a positive sustained exit.
