Sally is an accomplished Human Resources Consultant and Interim Manager with Executive Director experience in the health and social care sector. With over 25 years experience in the profession, Sally was initially an active member of Bridge’s Board of Trustees.
She took up a retained part time position five years ago as the Director of HR for Bridge with responsibility for developing and delivering the organisation’s employment framework and HR Strategy during a period of service expansion.
