Tracey Hogan

Tracey has 27 years experience within the substance misuse field and has held practitioner, management, clinical standards directorship and operational directorship roles, this includes positions within specialist substance misuse child and family programmes in both Canada and the UK. Tracey became Director of Operations at Bridge in April 2009 and leads on programme design, quality standards, assurance and performance management. She is an author and collaborator on a number of published specialist journal articles, research papers and training guides, including designing an alcohol screening, brief and extended intervention comprehensive training programme and supporting manuals for primary healthcare teams. Tracey was a member of the original NTA sponsored International Treatment Effectiveness Project Team (ITEP). Working with the Institute of Behavioural Research (IBR) in Texas the team brought a programme of psychosocial interventions into treatment services across the UK known as node link mapping along with techniques for promoting organisational change management improvements.
