Employment, Training and Education Services (ETE)

Bridge is a specialist provider of ETE services and holds a number of contracts to help those furthest from the jobs market obtain employment. These include:

  • Pathways to Employment. An innovative partnership with Remploy helping individuals with disabilities including drug and alcohol misuse issues access employment, training, work placements and volunteering.

  • Step Change. A contract with the National Offender Management Service supporting men leaving Leeds prison to obtain employment.

We have strong partnerships with a range of voluntary, statutory and private sector organisations who offer work placements, training, guaranteed interview schemes and specialist ETE support. In addition all our beneficiaries can access our Open College Network accredited training programme and in house education, employment and training support. Bridge recently opened Forks Cafe which provides structured work placements, volunteering and training opportunities for our beneficiaries in hospitality and catering with access to vocational qualifications through our partner Forster College.
