We are seeking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Community Employment Coaches to join SkillsHouse; a partnership between the above organisations, each of which will directly employ the number of Community Employment Coaches specified.

These roles will support unemployed jobseekers on and through their individual pathway to find and sustain employment. The Community Employment Coach will work in communities to build trusted relationships with participants and deliver a holistic and personalised support service through the resources of the network of organisations within the Skillshouse partnership.
