Role: Substance Misuse Senior Practitioner – Liaison and Diversion Team

Salary: £27,910 to £29,561

Base: Wakefield

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Liaison and Diversion team, taking a lead as a Senior Practitioner for the Substance Misuse Support Time Recovery Workers across West Yorkshire. The Bridge project is looking for an experienced substance misuse worker who is motivated, proactive and confident, the successful candidate will hold a small caseload in addition to providing support to staff. The post will be based in Wakefield but expected to travel across West Yorkshire to other Liaison and Diversion sites.
