About the Role

We’re excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team.  The Bridge Project is a well-established, vibrant Charity based in Bradford with a dedicated staff team providing services to a broad range of people experiencing the effects of deprivation and health inequalities.

This is a dual role providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support within HR and support to the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees.  This is a permanent role.

You will be an integral part of the team and will play an important role.  You’ll be great in this post if you are highly motivated, organised, able to multi-task and enthusiastic.  You will have substantial administrative support experience.

This is a varied and busy role, working within a small friendly and supportive team.  You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment and selection, onboarding of new staff and processes/procedures involved in our staffs’ career journey with us.  You will have an opportunity to work creatively producing the People Services newsletter, so being confident in the use of IT packages would be advantageous along with having a desire to work in HR.

Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, you will have good organisational and planning skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.  You will show tact, diplomacy and discretion and be able to demonstrate initiative and be able to work without close supervision.

If you are passionate about what we do and would thrive working as part of our staff team, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, as well as a rewarding career, we can offer a competitive salary, 4% pension contribution, generous annual leave entitlement, employee assistance scheme, life insurance, a monthly team wellbeing session and a programme of mindfulness activities for staff.  The Bridge Project is a Mindful Employer.

If you would like to have an informal conversation about the role, please contact Maxine Woods, Head of People Services on maxine.woods@thebridgeproject.org.uk

You must complete the Bridge Project’s application form in order to be considered for the role.  The application form plays a key part in our recruitment and selection process.  We use the information you provide about your skills, experience, career and education history to decide whether or not to invite you for an interview.  It is important that you complete the application form as fully and accurately as possible, ensuring that you give specific examples which demonstrate how you meet the criteria.

No CVs are accepted.  No Employment Agencies please.

There is no closing date – the job will stay live until we have recruited so please apply promptly.
