One80 is The Bridge Project’s support service for young people under 24 who want free, confidential and non‑judgemental support around drugs and alcohol.
This short video introduces One80 and some of the people you might meet. It shows what support can look like – from your first conversation through to ongoing help – so you know what to expect.
Our team is made up of people with different life experiences who have helped hundreds of young people in Bradford. We focus on your strengths as well as your needs, offering practical harm‑reduction support. If it’s helpful, we can also work with people around you – like family members, school staff, social workers or other professionals.
One80 might be right for you if you want someone to talk to about drugs or alcohol, whether it’s your own use or someone else’s that’s affecting you. You don’t need to be in crisis, and you don’t need to know what you want to change yet. If you’re worried, curious, stuck, or just need space to talk things through, that’s enough.
Our support is shaped around you. We’ll listen first, work at your pace, and focus on what matters to you. There’s no judgement and no pressure to stop using substances if you’re not ready. We focus on keeping you safer, reducing risks, and helping you make informed choices that feel right for you.
