Our recovery housing provides access to suitable housing for people engaged in our navigator projects who have experienced significant barriers and challenges in gaining and sustaining a home. We also provide recovery homes for individuals engaged with treatment and New Vision Bradford Floating Housing Support Team as an integral part of their treatment and recovery journey.
Our Housing Support Officer co-creates a Tenancy Sustainment Plan with each individual focusing on all aspects of their tenancy, such as budgeting, maintaining a home, repairs, social connectivity and accessing a range of resources.
The Navigators provide full case management for all health and social care needs. In this way people are receiving a co-ordinated package of care and support which maximises their chances of making and maintaining positive change in their lives.
Our portfolio of properties is growing in response to need, and the recovery housing project is developing as a critical element of the overarching package of support we are able to offer our beneficiaries.
