Bridge-way

What is Bridge-way

Bridge-way is a targeted, trauma-informed intervention helps people to build stable lives in the community and avoid returning to custody.

Bridge-way is a small service designed for:
The service is delivered by two specialist Navigators. With small caseloads, they can offer the time, consistency and support people need to succeed.

Who to refer

We recognise that many people leave custody facing barriers to rebuilding their lives. Please only refer people with the most acute and persistent challenges. Bridge-way is for those whose needs are layered and interconnected, placing them at high risk of disengagement, accommodation breakdown and recall to custody. It is intended for people where previous interventions and mainstream services have not achieved lasting change.
