About the Role

Are you looking for a new challenge where no two days are the same!  Do you want to work for an organisation dedicated to improving housing stability and support for those in need?  We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Data Administrator and would love to hear from you.

New Vision Bradford is a partnership between the Bridge Project, Project 6 and Waythrough.  Under this umbrella, the partnership delivers an adult substance misuse service for the Bradford and Craven District, aiming to help people tackle the misuse of alcohol and drugs and reduce risk taking behaviours through dedicated prevention, intervention, and support.

This is a key role and would ideally be suited to someone who has excellent data administrative skills, with the knowledge to support processes and pathways using a database and utilising Microsoft excel, would be advantageous.

You will be an organised, confident professional who is positive, optimistic, self-motivated and who enjoys the variety of work and being busy.  Not only will you have great administrative skills but lots of common sense.  This role supports a housing support service and our ethos is a commitment to kindness, having a non-judgemental approach and person-centred compassionate care.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about using data to make a positive impact in the housing sector, where your work will directly contribute to helping individuals and families secure safe, stable housing and support recovery.  You will also thrive in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail is key.

Supporting multi-agency meetings is another aspect of the role.  You will be able to  minute meetings accurately and with detail whilst maintaining confidentiality.

The successful candidate will be able to work Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm and have a willingness to undergo a DBS check.

In return, as well as a rewarding career, we can offer a competitive salary, 4% pension contribution, generous annual leave entitlement, employee assistance scheme, life insurance, a monthly team wellbeing session and a programme of mindfulness activities for staff.  The Bridge Project is a Mindful Employer.

If you would like to have an informal conversation about the role, please contact Peter Roebuck on 07305639726 or email peter.roebuck@newvisionbradford.org.uk to arrange this.

You must complete the Bridge Project’s application form in order to be considered for the role.  The application form plays a key part in our recruitment and selection process.  We use the information you provide about your skills, experience, career and education history to decide whether or not to invite you for an interview.  It is important that you complete the application form as fully and accurately as possible, ensuring that you give specific examples which demonstrate how you meet the criteria.

No CVs are accepted.  No Employment Agencies please.

There is no closing date, the role will stay live until we have recruited, so please apply promptly.
