About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting people’s health and wellbeing? Do you have excellent communication skills and a desire to make a real difference in the community?

The Bridge Project plays an essential role within the Bradford District & Craven Wellbeing Network (https://wellbeingnetwork.org.uk/ ), providing a streamlined, single point of access for system partners and front-line workers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Project Coordinator on a permanent basis, who will provide on-site day to day coordination of service delivery and team support, including line management of staff in the Single Access Point and Befriending Service as part of the Wellbeing Network and relevant affiliate Hubs.  Working within a small team you will assist in the co-development of the delivery model, working in close collaboration with other Wellbeing Network partners.

You will be a good fit if you have experience of working within the voluntary sector, health or a care setting and ideally with good knowledge of the local area.  We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure that high-quality services are maintained and relevant to the needs of the Wellbeing Network and clients.  You will be at ease building collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and the Wellbeing Network, as well as understanding confidentiality, safeguarding and professional boundaries.

Most of all, you will make a real difference to the lives of others and be passionate about empowering people to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.  You will raise awareness and champion the value of the Wellbeing Network and engage with people who use the service to evaluate their experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and play a key role in improving wellbeing in the community. If you’re a compassionate and proactive individual looking to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

In return we can offer a competitive salary, 4% pension contribution, excellent annual leave entitlement, employee assistance scheme, life insurance and a programme of mindfulness activities for staff.  The Bridge Project is a Mindful Employer.
