We’re excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a People Services Administrator/Trainee Advisor to join our team. The Bridge Project is a well-established, vibrant Charity based in Bradford with a dedicated staff team of 110, providing services to a broad range of people experiencing the effects of deprivation and health inequalities.
This role is to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support within HR along with training to be an HR Advisor.
You will be an integral part of the team and will play an important role. You’ll be great in this post if you are highly motivated, organised, able to multi-task, enthusiastic and have a keen eye for detail. You will have substantial administrative support experience, in an HR setting.
This is a varied and busy role, working within a small friendly and supportive team. You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment and selection, onboarding of new staff and processes/procedures involved in our staffs’ career journey with us. You will have an opportunity to work creatively producing the People Services newsletter, so being confident in the use of IT packages would be advantageous, as you will also be working with our new HR system.
We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, has a can-do attitude, is able to communicate effectively at all levels and is willing to learn. You will show tact, diplomacy and discretion and be able to demonstrate initiative.
If you are passionate about what we do and would thrive working as part of our staff team, we’d love to hear from you.
In return, as well as a rewarding career, we can offer a competitive salary, 4% pension contribution, generous annual leave entitlement, employee assistance scheme, life insurance, a monthly team wellbeing session and a programme of mindfulness activities for staff. The Bridge Project is a Mindful Employer.
If you would like to have an informal conversation about the role, please contact Maxine Woods, Head of People Services to arrange this on maxine.woods@thebridgeproject.org.uk
