The Wellbeing Network

The Wellbeing Network provides telephone, email and face-to-face access to people within Bradford, who want to improve their wellbeing. It is made up of three physical hubs in Bradford East, West, and South, as well as a virtual hub.

The Hubs provide a safe, welcome, and confidential, space for people and their families to access support from trained staff.

Virtual Hub

Unsure who to contact or whether the Wellbeing Network is right for you? The Bridge Project is our virtual hub and can help you find support through the Wellbeing Network on 01274 265222 or by emailing wbn@thebridgeproject.org.uk.

All professional’s referrals for people with mild/ moderate physical/ mental health needs living within the Bradford and Craven District Council must go to the Bridge Project.
