Martin Brook

As Executive Director, Martin provides strategic oversight across the organisation, helping to ensure Bridge remains financially strong, sustainable and well positioned to meet emerging needs. He leads the charity’s finance, facilities and support functions, while maintaining oversight of financial stewardship, governance and organisational infrastructure.

Martin also plays a central role in developing Bridge’s housing ambitions, including the expansion of Bridge Recovery Homes. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and senior leadership team, he supports organisational development, business planning and the delivery of Bridge’s long-term strategy.
