Bridge is an exciting and dynamic organisation on the frontline of service innovation and delivery.
Our people come from a diverse range of backgrounds and include many who are themselves in recovery from substance misuse. What each of our employees has in common is passion, commitment and enthusiasm. We need more people like them – like you – who care about making a difference.
We offer a generous salary, which is reviewed annually, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
If you’re over 21, and earn more than £10,000 pa you will automatically be enrolled in our contributory pension scheme when you join. You can contribute anything from 4% of your salary up to whatever you wish. We will also contribute a sum equivalent to 4% of your pensionable pay as our contribution into the scheme.
We value our people and want to build a long-term relationship together. This means we’re committed to thinking creatively about ways of working that will help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
We support requests for flexible working arrangements wherever possible.

We are committed to investing in the development of our staff and their career progression. We do this through our J2E programme of development and support, which includes:
We have an open, honest culture that’s based on mutual trust and respect.
We’re committed to helping our people fulfil their potential. You’ll find many exciting opportunities and challenges with Bridge. Our team working ethos and strong sense of community contribute to our success not just as individuals but as part of the greater team.
Everyone is rewarded fairly for their efforts, recognising the valuable contribution we make to the business.
We’re proud of what we do and are continually striving to be better. We work in a flexible, creative and stimulating environment that values individuals’ contributions and encourages innovation.
There’s a great team spirit, supportive colleagues and a shared responsibility to achieve our vision and mission
We want everyone to feel welcome here. So we treat our people the same way we treat our clients – with kindness, fairness, openness and warmth.
Whatever your background or personal circumstances, you’ll have equal opportunities to progress.
We serve a hugely diverse group of clients and we firmly believe our people should reflect that diversity. We know that having a diverse workforce makes social and ethical sense and we’ve seen how the best results come from encouraging a good mix of people to each bring something different to our services.
