Why I became a trustee
I became a Trustee because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, whatever their circumstances. My career in housing, social care and the voluntary sector has shown me the impact of compassionate, community-based support. I want to use my experience in leadership and governance to help The Bridge Project grow sustainably and deliver positive outcomes for the people and communities it serves.

A bit about me
I have nearly 20 years’ experience leading services across housing, social care and the voluntary sector, working with colleagues and communities to improve lives. I’m passionate about values-led leadership, collaboration and inclusion. Outside work I enjoy walking my dogs, reading, films, music and volunteering.

As a Trustee
I work with Board members and the executive team to provide strategic direction, constructive challenge and oversight. I am committed to good governance, financial sustainability and staying true to the charity’s values, drawing on my experience in housing, safeguarding, community services and leadership to support positive outcomes.
