Why I became a trustee
I was a trustee of a small charity in Leeds helping people with recovery from drug and alcohol addiction; Bridge took this charity under its wing, and I become a trustee of Bridge to help with the transition. I am delighted to have the opportunity to play a small part in helping people more widely who are struggling in one way or another with life’s many knocks.

A bit about me
My work involves helping companies look after their investment in any new developments and inventions that they may make, but I am semi-retired, which gives me the opportunity to help in several voluntary organisations, including our local church, and also participate in multifarious musical activities.

As a trustee I..
As a trustee of Bridge, I sit on the People and Remuneration Committee; I help align what we do, with what resources we have, for the betterment of our excellent team and the people of Bradford.
