Bridge was seeking HR expertise on the Board, and as an HR professional, I saw a great opportunity to contribute to a respected charity. It felt like the perfect match.

I’m passionate about The Bridge Project’s mission and proud to support it using my expertise in people strategy, employee engagement, and organisational development—helping leaders build inclusive, high-performing cultures. Outside of work I enjoy reading, dancing, and volunteering.
As the Chair of Trustees…
I work with fellow trustees and the executive team to shape Bridge’s strategic direction, build consensus, and provide strong governance. By championing transparent decision-making and accountability, I help ensure Bridge’s positive culture continues to thrive and drive meaningful impact for the people and communities we support.
