As Deputy Chief Executive, she supports the strategic leadership of Bridge, deputises for the Chief Executive and provides oversight and support to operational delivery across the organisation.
A key part of Tracey’s role is driving innovation, developing partnerships and leading the implementation of complex services. Working closely with commissioners, partners and colleagues, she helps ensure Bridge continues to respond to emerging needs while delivering high-quality support that changes lives.
