Tracey Hogan

Tracey became Director of Operations at Bridge in April 2009 leading our programme design, quality standards, assurance and performance management. She says “It’s a privilege to work at Bridge and make a visible difference to so many. The staff are fantastic. Our navigators offer one-to-one support addressing multiple determinants of health including housing support, substance use disorder, mental ill health and involvement in the criminal justice system amongst adults and young people.” Tracey is an author and collaborator on a number of published specialist articles, papers and training guides, including designing alcohol screening, brief and extended intervention training programmes and supporting manuals for primary healthcare teams. Tracey was a member of the original NTA sponsored International Treatment Effectiveness Project Team (ITEP). Working with the Institute of Behavioural Research (IBR) in Texas this team brought a programme of psychosocial interventions into treatment services across the UK known as node link mapping along with techniques for promoting organisational change management improvements.
