Volunteer Roles

We are committed to shaping volunteer opportunities around volunteers’ strengths and interests, so that it is meaningful and fulfilling for all.  Explore our service pages to discover what we do and have a think about where you might fit in.

We have over 40 opportunities to volunteer across our services (e.g. Flourish Recovery Hub, Alcohol and Drug Treatment, Early Intervention, Domestic Violence prevention, needle exchange program and so much more, including these Volunteer Roles). Volunteers receive role specific training, shadowing and mentor support.  To volunteer, you can complete this Application Form and email it to Donna. Alternatively arrange to meet her and fill it in together at the Flourish Coffee Shop.

Volunteering with us is incredibly rewarding. It brings a real sense of achievement, helps you build new skills, and opens the door to meaningful social connections. You’ll be offering hope to the people we support—showing them that recovery is possible—and helping Bridge continue to deliver vital services to our community.

Qualification Programme

In addition to our volunteering opportunities, we also offer a structured qualification programme in partnership with Shipley College. The course has multiple start dates throughout the year, helping you begin your learning journey at a time that suits you best.

If you’re interested please call Donna or email her on Donna.Hudson@newvisionbradford.org.uk to check this course is the right fit for you, and apply.
